1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 days (including weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Within Kuwait

We offer standard local delivery across Kuwait.

Local deliveries typically take 1-2 days after the order has been made. 

Shipping fee for orders in Kuwait is 2KD. 

We offer free shipping for orders worth 35KD or more. 


3. GCC & International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to selected countries.

Delivery times vary based on destination but typically range from 5–15 business days.

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

You can use this number to track your order’s status at any time.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors (e.g., customs, weather).

If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at info@roamthebrand.info and we will assist you.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
